There is typically a 90 day window from a Notice of Default being sent to a homeowner and the home going into foreclosure. Weekly I can provide you with a list of the latest NODs (Notice of Default) so that you may consider if any of them would be of interest to you should they end up in foreclosure. With this information you will have a jump on rest of the market as I will have already investigated the property for you.
